The foundation offers accommodation in single or double rooms and studios. Several communal areas are also available to residents free of charge.

They are about 17 m² and all furnished (complete bedding - sheets, comforters, pillows, chair, desk, closet and wall cupboard, shelf) and provided with a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet (towels not included). They have:

Double room

The size of the room is approximately 21 m², furnished with two single beds (complete bedding - sheets, duvets, pillows, chair, desk, wardrobe and wall cabinet, shelf) and equipped with a bathroom including sink, shower and WC (towels not provided). They have:

Studio

The studios are about 25 m². They also have a second bed and a kitchenette with sink, hob and fridge. Inauguration du 7e étage

Depuis le 1e avril 2021, la Fondation Biermans-Lapôtre met en location 4 nouvelles chambres et 4 nouveaux studios situés au 7e étage de la maison. Les studios possèdent chacun leur propre salle de bain et kitchenette tandis que les 4 chambres se partagent 2 salles de bain et 1 cuisine commune.
